We are a small group of 22 local business people and professionals, some now retired, who run events and raise money, helped by lots of connected volunteers. All the money raised (100%) goes into our: Stamford Kiwanis Community Trust Fund (registered Charity, No 1077288). We then help fund a wide variety of good work in the area.
Examples of funding include the list below. If your organisation is doing great work to help people in the Stamford District then do get in touch and talk to our Community Services team info.stamfordkiwanis@gmail.com For more details of what we do and what we fund see out About Us page

Among many other local charities we are supporting For the Love of Scrubs: Kiwanis’ donation will provide much-needed material for 200 sets of scrubs in the local area.
Miriam Spring Davies, founder of For the Love of Scrubs Stamford, Lincs/Rutland, said, “We want to say a huge thank you for the generosity of Stamford Kiwanis, for choosing to support our group. This donation from within our local community will go a long way in supporting our wonderful group of volunteers, we could not be more grateful.”
David Epps, President of Stamford Kiwanis, said "For Love of Scrubs Stamford, Lincs/Rutland is a remarkable example of a small group of caring individuals who mobilise an army of sewing volunteers to provide essential scrubs, hats, bags and headbands to support our doctors, nurses and carers during this awful coronavirus pandemic. Our donation will provide vital material, but it is also a recognition for all the local volunteers sewing to support our front- line carers."
